8. Refunds and cancellations

Because Soul Story readings and many of our offerings are personalized and/or digital:

• Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, all sales for Soul Story readings and digital products are final once work has begun or the product has been delivered.

• If you experience a technical issue (for example, you didn’t receive your Soul Story link), please contact us at support@satorysoul.com so we can help.

Any separate refund, reschedule, or cancellation policies displayed on a specific product or checkout page will apply in addition to these Terms.
